PEPI: Senior Director - Commercial Due Diligence

This role involves overseeing multiple engagements, maintaining client relationships, and scaling the practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior oversight across 2 active CDD engagements
- Serve as escalation point for complex judgment calls
- Maintain senior-level sponsor and deal team relationships
- Guide Directors on framing, risk prioritization, and narrative strength
- Ensure consistency of quality and methodology across engagements
- Drive business development, repeat work, and account growth
- Shape practice strategy, offerings, and intellectual capital
Qualifications
- MBA from a top-tier business school
- 10+ years of experience, including 4+ years in consulting
- Proven track record in PE-focused CDD leadership
- Strong client franchise and commercial instincts
What Success Looks Like
- Manages multiple deals without quality degradation
- Acts as a trusted advisor to senior PE sponsors
- Scales people, clients, and the platform simultaneously
Pay
The salary range is $175,000-$250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program.
Schedule
Full-time positions are offered, with regular employees working 30 or more hours per week. They are eligible for various benefits including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, as well as a 401(k)-retirement plan.
Benefits
Employees are also eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days available varies based on tenure and role type.
