PEPI: Associate, Operations & Manufacturing (OPEN TO ALL U.S. LOCATIONS)

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements, working closely with PE leadership to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions.
• Assist with various types of engagements including:
• Understanding manufacturing and distribution operations
• Evaluating production facilities
• Fact-gathering and analyzing efficiency and capacity
• Identifying cost improvement opportunities
• Developing transformation plans
• Managing team and day-to-day relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience, with 3 years specializing in manufacturing and/or distribution functions.
• Deep functional expertise in supply chain operations, manufacturing operations, footprint optimization, plant consolidation, product line transfer, manufacturing strategy, CapEx planning, Manufacturing 4.0/IIoT, Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, and Value Engineering.
• Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis.
• Experience designing and leading the execution of internally-focused and externally-focused change/communications strategy.
• Previous strategy and change management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Deep functional expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• Supply Chain Operations
• Manufacturing Operations, SI&OP
• Footprint optimization, plant consolidation and product line transfer
• Manufacturing strategy, CapEx planning, Manufacturing 4.0/IIoT

$90,000--$130,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.

Schedule

Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours

Additional Information
