About the role

Our Charges oversee blood collection operations and donor care, managing staff and donors during blood drives and collection centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of blood drive or collection center staff
• Donor registration, screening, physical examination, and phlebotomy
• Driving fleet vehicles, including box trucks
• Varying schedules including days, evenings, and weekends

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Enjoy working with the public
• Good, stable work history
• Understanding of standard operating procedures
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Able to train away from home for up to two weeks
• Able to work varied schedules
• Valid driver's license and insurability by ImpactLife insurance carrier
• REAL ID and DOT Medical Certification
