The position is 100% remote (U.S.) and open to U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates (new H-1B sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Architect, install, configure, upgrade, and oversee ongoing technical operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
• Own the technical backbone of the PeopleSoft platform, including PeopleTools upgrades, image applications, security configurations, search server operations, and integration with cloud and middleware platforms.
• Work closely with cross‑functional partners (product, design, engineering, operations, business stakeholders) to translate ambiguous requirements into well‑engineered solutions.
• Raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience
• Hands‑on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM)
• Strong experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft application/process scheduler servers
• Experience administering Elasticsearch / OpenSearch in support of PeopleSoft
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration
• Strong Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting experience
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager or equivalent automation tooling
• Experience operating HA/DR for PeopleSoft
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Qualifications

• PeopleSoft certifications
• Experience operating PeopleSoft on OCI, AWS, or Azure
• Exposure to infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Familiarity with CI/CD patterns for PeopleSoft change management
• Experience with PeopleSoft Selective Adoption strategy

Pay

$95,000–$110,000 annually
