About the role
You can be a part of a highly professional U.S Rebuild team. In this role, you will serve alongside the Technology and Data Manager to support U.S Rebuild program objectives. You will support the design and implementation of the PeopleSoft Financial system to include project management, asset management, financial accounting, purchasing, and inventory management. This position will facilitate communication among all Rebuild stakeholders, ensure cross-functional processes work effectively, and will support the design and integration of current systems with Peoplesoft. Responsibilities
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
- Support U.S Rebuild objectives by developing business requirements of PeopleSoft that will support Office and Field processes for managing multiple Rebuild programs, effectively and transparently executing project management, purchasing, finance, and inventory across U.S Rebuild programs.
- Work with IT to deliver a solution that is user-friendly and replaces or integrates well with current systems.
- Lead Subject Matter Expert teams in system development and testing; support IT in troubleshooting issues for quick resolution.
- Communicate and support change management and training of PeopleSoft processes.
- Ensure staff is engaged, trained, on new system and processes.
- Lead the Peoplesoft design and implementation efforts for U.S Rebuild and provide regular updates to key leaders on anticipated changes, improvements and decisions throughout the project.
- Cook up communication with all stakeholders on upcoming milestones and expectations for PeopleSoft testing and implementation.
- Audit the implemented processes to ensure system and data accuracy, and assists with troubleshooting issues and communicating to IT for review and correction.
