Peoplesoft Developer

About the role

The PeopleSoft Developer will support both HCM and FSCM environments, with a primary focus on HCM. This role involves system enhancements, bug fixes, and tax patch cycles, while contributing to FSCM development, especially in high-volume areas like billing and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support system enhancements and bug fixes in HCM and FSCM environments
• Guide implementation efforts related to Oracle tax patches
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business teams
• Contribute to FSCM development, particularly in billing and integrations
• Work autonomously within a distributed, highly collaborative team

Requirements

• Strong PeopleSoft development experience, including SQL, PeopleCode, and integrations
• Experience with Powershell
• Familiarity with HCM and FSCM
• CRM experience (especially PeopleSoft CRM)
• PHIRE experience (change management/compliance tool)
• Strong experience with change management processes (e.g., compasses, documentation workflows)
• Cross-functional ERP exposure

Qualifications

• Skills in PeopleSoft development, SQL, PeopleCode, integration, Powershell, HCM, FSCM, billing, revpro, CRM, PHIRE, change management processes, and cross-functional ERP exposure are required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• FSCM experience (especially Billing / RevPro) is a plus
• CRM (PeopleSoft CRM) experience ("unicorn" candidate)
• PHIRE (change management/compliance tool) experience
• Strong experience with change management processes (e.g., compasses, documentation workflows)
• Cross-functional ERP exposure

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
