PeopleSoft Application Administrator

For our client, we are seeking a PeopleSoft Application Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support the administration and coordination of enterprise application environments used across a complex government services engagement. The selected candidate will help maintain reliable system environments, support migrations, and ensure technical continuity for developers, analysts, and testers. This position also involves close collaboration with interface and program stakeholders to keep connected systems operating smoothly. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Manage and plan PeopleSoft environments effectively. Create and maintain detailed environment diagrams. Oversee and conduct migrations of code and data across all environments. Create, refresh, backup, restore, and delete environments as necessary. Provide technical assistance to developers, analysts, and testers using the environments. Offer troubleshooting support for environment-related issues. Collaborate with the Interface Manager on connectivity with interface partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in federal government, DoD, Army, or private sector preferred. Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP systems is a plus. Certifications in CompTIA Security+, SAFe DevOps, and PeopleSoft HCM preferred. Current Secret clearance required. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
