What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for effective administration, configuration, installation, provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure availability, capacity and performance of infrastructure systems are achieved.
  • Collaborate with peers and manager on operational tasks, system enhancements and project activities.
  • Administers and adjusts business process steps to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions.
  • Documents requirements, business processes and system workflows.
  • Escalates service requests that require higher levels of technical support.
  • Provides general assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Workday.
  • Supports team members and advises on best practices and problem resolution.
  • Creates and maintains general documentation, including job aids, desktop procedures for end users, etc.
  • Develops innovative solutions within existing functionality to address emerging needs.
  • Collaborates with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday.
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of Workday business processes, and analytics to support functional areas.
  • Provides end-user support and training, ensuring team members are equipped to effectively use Workday and its features.
  • Assists in designing and implementing new functionalities.
  • Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the Workday system.
  • Troubleshoots intermediate issues or problems related to workflow and business process function regularly.
  • Acts as escalation point for user-reported issues.
  • Provides training to end-users, HR professionals and managers on Workday system usage, best practices, and new features.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required.
  • 3-5 years of prior relevant experience required.
  • Workday Pro Certification in 1 or more areas required.
