About the role
The People Support Coordinator plays a central role in helping LGBT Health and Wellbeing be a great place to work and volunteer. They support the recruitment, onboarding and development of our people, ensuring staff, volunteers and trustees receive an excellent experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of our people
- Coordinate key People processes
- Maintain accurate records and policies
- Support managers with day-to-day People administration
- Ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practice
- Support organisational governance
- Coordinate Board administration
- Maintain document control
- Work alongside external HR advisers to update and communicate people policies
Requirements
- Experience of administration within a People, HR or organisational support environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to manage a varied workload
- Confidence handling confidential information
- Ability to build positive relationships across the organisation
- Supporting managers with a wide range of People processes
Qualifications
- Recognition of a CIPD qualification

Salary: £29,784
