People Success Partner, GTM
About the role
As the People Success Partner (PSP) for GTM, you will serve as a strategic ally to our global Revenue organization. You will partner directly with GTM teams, acting as a trusted advisor and executive coach to senior leadership up to SVP level, driving organizational excellence, scaling global people programs, and navigating international compliance while fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary People partner for our GTM organizations, aligning talent strategies with revenue goals, productivity metrics, and headcount planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to VP-level leadership and GTM directors, providing high-touch coaching on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and team dynamics.
- Design, implement, and scale tailored People programs across GTM, including performance management, continuous feedback loops, and global compensation/incentive alignments.
- Build and roll out clear, motivating career pathing and competency frameworks specifically tailored for GTM professionals to improve retention and internal mobility.
- Lead and manage organizational design changes, territory restructures, and strategic shifts within the GTM organization, minimizing disruption and driving strong employee alignment.
- Partner with Legal and local HR teams to navigate complex, multi-regional employment laws, employee relations issues, and compliance mandates across a global GTM footprint.
- Use People data and revenue-related metrics to identify talent trends, proactively address turnover, and optimize team engagement.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience supporting high-velocity, global GTM organizations (specifically AEs) in tech/SaaS.
- Proven ability to influence, challenge, and effectively coach SVP and VP-level executives.
- Deep expertise designing end-to-end People programs and leading complex organizational transformations.
- Data-minded approach to leverage talent/revenue metrics and optimize team engagement and retention.
Pay
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets.
Pay Range: $78,300 USD - $174,000 USD
