Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to set vision and build a best-in-class future state for people strategy
- Lead initiatives to define key objectives and create goal-setting frameworks for alignment
- Drive talent strategy across multiple business lines while incorporating employee feedback
- Provide guidance on organizational redesign, workforce planning, and succession strategies
- Collaborate with centers-of-excellence to prioritize employee enhancements
- Work closely with management to enhance work relationships and increase morale
- Identify training needs and provide executive coaching across the organization
- Lead a high-performing People Strategy team supporting Advisory or Insurance functions
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in a People team function
- 7+ years of leadership experience delivering successful outcomes
- 5+ years of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in HealthTech, InsurTech, or Managed Care is a plus
- SHRM or related certifications are preferred
