People Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to set vision and build a best-in-class future state for people strategy
• Lead initiatives to define key objectives and create goal-setting frameworks for alignment
• Drive talent strategy across multiple business lines while incorporating employee feedback
• Provide guidance on organizational redesign, workforce planning, and succession strategies
• Collaborate with centers-of-excellence to prioritize employee enhancements
• Work closely with management to enhance work relationships and increase morale
• Identify training needs and provide executive coaching across the organization
• Lead a high-performing People Strategy team supporting Advisory or Insurance functions

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a People team function
• 7+ years of leadership experience delivering successful outcomes
• 5+ years of analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in HealthTech, InsurTech, or Managed Care is a plus
• SHRM or related certifications are preferred
