People Platform Lead

About the role

Halluminate is looking to hire a People Platform Lead to own the buildout of our in-house expert network. This includes creating our sourcing, management, training, product, and metrics for all people-related functions within the company.

Responsibilities

• Building systems to formalize sourcing, training, onboarding, and HR for experts
• Productizing our people platform and processes to support 1000x scale up
• Energetic people-facing engagement – you'll be one of the first people that our expert network meet
• Organize community events for our people network to drive signups, engagement, and retention
• Metrics-driven pipeline analysis to identify bottlenecks in process and working with engineers or coding agents to solve those problems
• Empathy – connecting deeply with our contributors to make the expert program a meaningful and valuable experience

Requirements

• 2+ years in operations, talent/community platform, or marketplace supply roles (e.g. AlphaSights, Uber, DoorDash, Upwork, Scale/Surge), recruiting ops, or community-led growth
• Systems-and-process instinct: you document, templatize, and automate rather than heroically doing everything manually
• Product Skills: comfort working with engineers and coding agents to translate problems into product requirements that can be implemented to formalize the platform
• Energy: you genuinely enjoy being the face of a program, running events, and making busy senior professionals feel valued
• Detail-oriented and data-driven analysis

Pay

Base: $180k - $225k
Equity: 0.15 - 0.3%
