About the role
The People Team at Fluidstack is looking for a dedicated individual to own and execute onboarding processes, manage visa and immigration sponsorship, coordinate employee relocations, and support the performance management cycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding execution, from offer acceptance through a new hire's first 30 days, coordinating EE Partners, IT, and Workplace
- Coordinate visa and immigration sponsorship for new and current employees, tracking petitions, renewals, and deadlines in partnership with outside counsel
- Manage and coordinate employee relocations across offices and countries, managing vendors, timelines, and ensuring smooth transitions
- Support or run the performance management cycle, ensuring all steps are completed on time and effectively
- Maintain and evolve the leveling and ladder framework, keeping job architecture consistent as new roles and teams are added
Requirements
- Experience owning an onboarding or immigration process end to end
- Understanding of visa or immigration cases and their high-stakes nature
- Experience coordinating relocation efforts involving multiple vendors and stakeholders
- Knowledge of performance management cycles and the challenges they present
- Experience with leveling frameworks and their importance in maintaining job architecture
- Reliability and organization skills, ensuring no steps are missed in processes

- Exceptional reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-pressure, deadline-driven tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms like Rippling
- Background in a regulated industry with rigorous compliance requirements

- Experience with multi-country or multi-entity employment administration

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
