Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related degree; 5-7 years progressively responsible HR experience in areas such as, performance and development, manager`s consultancy, HR Analytics, and local labor matters, compensation and benefits.
• Demonstrated change management experience;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
• Time management and Self organization to manage execution properly.
• Good with interpersonal Skills to influence others.
• Managerial courage.
