We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About The Opportunity" and "How You Will Make An Impact", "Preferred Experience", "Who You Are", "About Jerry.ai". Also there is mention of pay range? It says "The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors...". No explicit numbers given. So we cannot create Pay section because no specific range. Benefits: they mention comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, vision, PTO, parental leave, 401K with match, wellness benefits, equity opportunities. So we can include Benefits section. Schedule? Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. We need headings:

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can choose appropriate headings based on content. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings when we have content. But we can also use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect we use those headings if we have that content. We have content for About the role (maybe "About The Opportunity" maps to About the role). Responsibilities (How You Will Make An Impact). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (Preferred Experience, Who You Are). Benefits (benefits package). Pay: we don't have specific numbers, so we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: none. Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Possibly combine Requirements/Qualifications/Skills into one? But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications and Skills into one section? But they said use those headings for section headings. Might be okay to have separate sections if content exists. We have Preferred Experience (requirements) and Who You Are (skills/qualities). Could map Preferred Experience to Requirements, Who You Are to Skills. Qualifications maybe not separate. We could include Requirements and Skills sections. Let's extract content: About the role: The paragraph about opportunity: "About The Opportunity We are looking for a hands-on People Ops Generalist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to our Director of HR Operations, you will support day-to-day HR operations - from new employee onboarding and HR administration to compliance and employee support- while helping us build processes that scale as we grow. You’re comfortable operating independently, researching compliance requirements, and drafting policies for leadership review. You have a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and bring a service-first mindset to every employee interaction." plus maybe the company description: "Jerry.ai is building the first super app..." That's more about company. Could be part of About the role or separate About Jerry.ai. But we have an About Jerry.ai section later. We'll keep About the role as the opportunity description. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "How You Will Make An Impact": each sentence starting with a verb. We'll put as
  • . Requirements: Preferred Experience bullet points: Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years experience, working knowledge of HR compliance, experience implementing HR automations, comfortable working in HRIS platforms, SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. Skills: Who You Are bullet points: Comfortable operating independently, exceptional communication, solid judgment, can multitask, passionate about creating positive employee experience. Benefits: paragraph about benefits package: "We offer a comprehensive benefits package to regular employees, including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(K) plan with employer matching, and wellness benefits, among others. Equity opportunities may also be part of your total rewards package." Also earlier mention of equity grants. We'll combine. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, location restrictions, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from those sections. Let's craft HTML:

    About the role

    ... (the opportunity paragraph)

Maybe also include company description? That is in About Jerry.ai later; but we could include that as part of About the role? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. The About Jerry.ai section is separate but not in the list of headings. Could we omit it? It's substantive info about company. Should we include it? The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It didn't forbid adding other headings beyond the listed examples; it gave examples. So we could add an

    About Jerry.ai

if we have content. But they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add other headings like About Jerry.ai. However they also said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we should merge About Jerry.ai into About the role or omit if thin. The About Jerry.ai paragraph is fairly substantive: description of mission, traction, etc. Could be included as part of About the role (company overview). I'd include it in About the role section to keep fewer sections. Thus About the role will contain both the opportunity description and company overview. Let's extract the company overview paragraph: "Jerry.ai is building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible – insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, etc – a $2T market in the U.S. We started with insurance in 2019, and since then we’ve launched driving insights, repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot & voicebot. We have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 70X and our team to 225 across 6 countries." plus later "About Jerry.ai Jerry is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets...." That's another paragraph. We'll combine both. We must not include location restrictions, EEO, etc. Now craft HTML. We'll need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Let's write:

    About the role

We are looking for a hands-on People Ops Generalist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to our Director of HR Operations, you will support day-to-day HR operations - from new employee onboarding and HR administration to compliance and employee support- while helping us build processes that scale as we grow. You’re comfortable operating independently, researching compliance requirements, and drafting policies for leadership review. You have a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and bring a service-first mindset to every employee interaction.

Jerry.ai is building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible – insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, etc – a $2T market in the U.S. We started with insurance in 2019, and since then we’ve launched driving insights, repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot & voicebot. We have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 70X and our team to 225 across 6 countries.

Jerry is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets. Your car, home, and motorcycle aren't just purchases, they're the physical embodiment of the life you've worked hard to build. Yet the experience of owning them is stuck in the 90s. Every step of the journey — buying, insuring, maintaining, repairing, selling — is fragmented, complicated, and expensive. Imagine having a trusted friend in your pocket who takes care of everything: they find you the right car or home at the right price, lock in the best insurance rate without you lifting a finger, remind you before that service appointment turns into an expensive repair, and help you sell at the best price when the time is right. That friend is Jerry. We started with car insurance in 2019, became one of the top 3 brokers in the U.S., then added driving insights, diagnostics, and a repair marketplace. We've reached 5M+ customers, raised $240M+, and have been profitable since 2024. We're now expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and beyond. Led by serial entrepreneurs and backed by Y Combinator, our team comprises talented and big-hearted leaders from places like Nvidia, Meta, Amazon, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, and GEICO. Our culture is the #1 reason people join Jerry and stay — we are a small and mighty team of competitive but kind people who think and act like owners, care deeply about the quality and impact of our work, and are relentless in our pursuit of learning and mastery over our craft. We are proud to consistently rank as one of Y Combinator's Top Companies, Forbes and Statista's Best Startup Employers, and to have received other accolades in fintech and insurtech innovation, workplace culture, and leadership. We are a remote-first company, but if you prefer in-person or hybrid, we also have offices in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto.
