About the role

The People Operations role at Freed is responsible for onboarding, recruiting coordination, offboarding, and driving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Own onboarding and pre-boarding end-to-end
• Run recruiting coordination at a high bar
• Drive offboarding execution
• Operate and improve People systems
• Manage the SF office and employee experience
• Support People analytics and reporting
• Lead off-site planning and employee experience initiatives

Requirements

Requirements include:

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, people-facing role, preferably within a high-growth or startup environment
• Adaptability and flexibility in prioritizing tasks
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
• Familiarity with tools like Ashby, Notion, Gusto, or similar
• Experience supporting recruiting coordination or candidate experience
• Exposure to People analytics or reporting
