We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role (General Description), Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities), Requirements (Essential Qualifications), maybe Skills (but we can combine). Also maybe Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present. The posting does not mention Pay, Schedule, Benefits. So we omit those sections. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit application instructions. There's an "Acknowledgement" paragraph at end that is boilerplate; we should remove it. Also remove "GenerationEd is committed to provide equal employment opportunities..." line. Also remove "FLSA Status Non-exempt", "Last Updated September 2026", maybe those are minor metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short p with metadata like "FLSA Status: Non-exempt | Last Updated: September 2026". Or we could drop. Probably better to include a short p. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is "People Operations Support Partner". Not to be used as heading. We need sections: About the role (General Description). Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities). Requirements (Essential Qualifications). Possibly Skills (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) could be under Requirements or separate Skills section. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have separate sections for Requirements and Skills. But we should avoid thin sections. However we have substantive content for both Requirements (Education/Experience) and Skills (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities). Could combine into Requirements and Skills separate. We also have Key Competencies (All GenerationEd Employees ... Role Specific). That could be under Skills or maybe a separate section like Competencies. But not in list of headings; we could treat as part of Skills or maybe omit if not needed. But we need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include that content somewhere. Could be under a section "Key Competencies" but not in allowed headings list; but we could still use h3 for that heading? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we could still use other headings if needed. However they say "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. But we need to include all info; we could fold Key Competencies into Skills or Responsibilities. Probably best to put under Skills. Similarly "Physical, Mental and/or Visual Demands" could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section but not in list; we could incorporate into Requirements. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need to break into bullet points. The responsibilities are paragraphs with multiple duties; we can split each bullet as a duty. Similarly for qualifications: Education/Experience Requirements and Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities can be lists. We need to preserve all substantive info; we must not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract content. General Description paragraph(s): "The People Operations Support Partner provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the People Operations department and serves as a key resource for employee correspondence, records management, documentation, and employee lifecycle administration. This role ensures People Operations records and processes are organized, accurate, timely, and maintained in accordance with organizational requirements. The People Operations Support Partner is responsible for managing routine employee communications, maintaining personnel records and files, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, processing employee changes, and providing administrative support across People Operations. This position works closely with People Operations team members and employees to ensure a responsive, organized, and positive employee experience." That's the description. Key Competencies: "All GenerationEd Employees Reliability and Quality of work Problem Solving/Critical Thinking Customer Service Teamwork and Collaboration Trust and Accountability Effective Communication Initiative and Growth Role Specific Regulatory Compliance Management Conflict Resolution and Trust Building" That seems like a list of competencies. We'll turn into bullet list. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: multiple sections with headings inside: Employee Correspondence and Communication, Personnel Records and Records Retention, Employee Lifecycle Administration, People Operations Administrative Support, Compliance and Documentation, Employee Experience and Customer Service. Each has bullet-like sentences. We need to produce a
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can treat each duty sentence as a list item. Could also group under subheadings but not required; we can just list all duties as items. But we might lose the grouping; but still preserve all info. Could also keep subheadings as

but not allowed? Not prohibited. But we can keep them as plain text inside
    • maybe. Simplify: produce a
        with each duty as
      • . Include the subheading text as part of the li. Similarly for Requirements: Education/Experience Requirements: "Minimum of an Associate’s Degree. 2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role. Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with HR processes and best practices." Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: list: "Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information." Physical, Mental and/or Visual Demands: list: "Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Must be able to bend and stoop. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close, distance, color, peripheral depth and the ability to adjust focus." We could put those under Requirements or a separate section "Physical Demands". But not in allowed headings; maybe we can include under Requirements as a sublist. We also have "Acknowledgement" and EEO statement to drop. We also have "FLSA Status Non-exempt" and "Last Updated September 2026". We'll fold into a short p at top. Now produce HTML:

FLSA Status: Non-exempt | Last Updated: September 2026

        Then

        About the role

        ... description ...

        Then

        Responsibilities

        • ...
        • ...
        Then

        Requirements

        • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
        • 2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
        • Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
        Then

        Skills

        • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
        • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
        • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
        • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
Optionally add Physical Demands under Requirements or Skills; but we already have Skills. Could add another section "Physical Demands" but not in list; maybe incorporate into Requirements as additional bullets. Let's add to Requirements: after the three bullets, add more bullets for physical demands. Thus Requirements ul will have: - Minimum of an Associate’s Degree. - 2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role. - Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with HR processes and best practices. - Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day. - Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. - Must be able to bend and stoop. - The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. - Specific vision abilities required by the job include close, distance, color, peripheral depth and the ability to adjust focus. That preserves all. Now Responsibilities: need to capture all duties from each subsection. Let's extract each duty sentence: Employee Correspondence and Communication: - Manage routine People Operations email correspondence and respond to employee inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. - Prepare and distribute employee communications, notices, letters, forms, and other People Operations correspondence. - Coordinate routine communications related to onboarding, benefits, employment changes, leave, performance processes, and offboarding. - Route employee questions and requests to the appropriate People Operations team member when additional support or expertise is needed. - Maintain organized communication records and documentation as required. - Fill out and respond to all requests related to employment verification, TEACH, PSLF, and any other employee needs. Personnel Records and Records Retention: - Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical personnel files in accordance with organizational policies and applicable requirements. - Ensure employee records are filed, updated, retained, and disposed of according to established records retention practices. - Process and maintain confidential employee documentation, including employment records, personnel changes, acknowledgments, forms, and correspondence. - Conduct routine file audits to ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained. - Support the secure storage and appropriate handling of confidential employee information. Employee Lifecycle Administration: - Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment changes, performance processes, and offboarding. - Prepare and coordinate new hire documentation, onboarding materials, employment forms, and required acknowledgments. - Process routine employee changes and ensure appropriate documentation is completed and maintained. - Support termination and offboarding processes, including collection and organization of required documentation. - Maintain accurate employee information and documentation within applicable People Operations systems. People Operations Administrative Support: - Provide administrative support to the People Operations team, including scheduling, document preparation, meeting coordination, and general department support. - Assist with People Operations meetings, trainings, events, and employee engagement activities. - Maintain calendars, tracking tools, forms, templates, and other administrative resources. - Assist with the distribution and tracking of policies, procedures, forms, and required employee acknowledgments. - Coordinate routine requests and follow-up items to ensure timely completion. - Provide administrative support for People Operations projects and initiatives as assigned. - Input new Head Start employees into the Child Plus Database and following onboarding. - Input all new employees into Telehealth, OneCall, and Calm Health databases. - Maintain petty cash funds, submit relevant receipts, and ensure it is balanced. Compliance and Documentation: - Maintain records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies, applicable employment laws, Head Start Performance Standards, and records retention requirements. - Support the preparation and organization of documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and internal requests. - Ensure confidential employee information is handled appropriately and securely. - Monitor assigned documentation for completeness and follow up on missing or incomplete information. - Maintain current knowledge of People Operations procedures and apply established processes consistently. Employee Experience and Customer Service: - Provide responsive, professional, and employee-centered service to employees and internal partners. - Assist employees with routine questions regarding People Operations processes, forms, documentation, and procedures- including all steps of the qualifying letter process. - Promote a positive employee experience through timely communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
