About The Role The role oversees the daily administration and optimization of people processes, systems, and employee lifecycle events. Serving as the operational backbone of the HR team, this position ensures seamless execution of onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and benefit programs for a growing, remote-first workforce. This position acts as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, tools, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven process execution with an empathetic, high-touch support style to scale global people operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring zero downtime for new hires and compliant exits.Manage and maintain data integrity within the HRIS (Rippling/Workday), applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), and integrated IT provisioning systems.Administer global benefit programs, leave-of-absence workflows, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs with local and international providers.Draft and update internal wiki documentation, HR policy guidelines, and employee handbooks to maintain absolute compliance with federal and state regulations.Generate monthly and quarterly HR metrics reports on retention, headcount growth, and onboarding feedback to identify process bottlenecks.Serve as the first tier of support for employee questions on benefits, payroll, state tax setups, and corporate policies. What We Are Looking For 2-4 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or talent operations, ideally within a scaling technology company.Demonstrated proficiency managing HRIS platforms (Rippling, Workday, or BambooHR) and ticketing systems (Zendesk or Jira Service Desk).Solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws, with experience managing multi-state compliance and remote tax setups.Exceptional attention to detail, strong data management skills, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential employee information.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Bonus: SHRM-CP/PHR certification, experience supporting international team members, or experience administering equity/stock option programs.
