About The Role
The role drives the day-to-day execution of people programs, onboarding, and HR systems to support a rapidly growing team. The team relies on this position to streamline operational workflows, manage HRIS data integrity, and ensure a seamless, high-touch employee lifecycle experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with IT, Payroll, and hiring managers to deliver a seamless transition.
- Manage the HRIS (Rippling/BambooHR) and subsidiary systems, ensuring 100% data accuracy and compliance with employment regulations.
- Administer company-wide benefit programs, open enrollment processes, and leaves of absence in partnership with brokers and vendors.
- Resolve employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and time-off tracking within defined SLAs.
- Generate monthly and quarterly people-operations metrics reports, analyzing turnover, headcount, and onboarding feedback trends.
- Cook up annual compliance requirements including EEO-1 reporting, workers' compensation audits, and policy handbook updates.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar human resources role.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (such as Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday) and payroll interfaces.
- A strong understanding of US federal and state employment laws, compliance guidelines, and benefit administration.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee data with absolute discretion.
- Excellent project management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Bonus: Experience supporting a scaling technology company and familiarity with Culture Amp or Lattice.
