About the Opportunity

The People Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring an engaging and empowering work environment. This position helps attract and retain talent while fostering a culture where employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to develop and maintain processes for talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, learning and development, talent management, onboarding, and data accuracy
  • Oversee daily People operations, ensuring effective execution of policies, procedures, compliance, and culture initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day administration of People programs including onboarding and offboarding
  • Serve as an internal resource addressing employee needs and providing support
  • Act as a point of contact for staff concerns, questions, or feedback
  • Support implementation of efficient benefit administration and HR processes
  • Provide first-line support for employees
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency of HR management systems
  • Promote a cohesive and inclusive culture in a remote work environment
  • Lead new hire orientations and onboarding

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices including recruitment, compliance, and performance management
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Proven ability to cultivate employee growth and development
  • Strong adaptable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with HRIS, benefit administration, and ATS platforms (experience with Rippling is a plus)
  • Strong partnership skills across People and cross-functional teams

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary range: $75,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience
