Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, with a particular focus on maintaining the candidate pipeline for global roles.
- Facilitate phone screens, interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, timely hiring process.
- Execute timely payroll processing and conduct regular audits of benefit enrollments to ensure correct coverage and data integrity.
- Provide high-level guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and performance improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and maintain the integrity of all data within the HRIS.
- Act as the primary liaison for external vendors, such as payroll providers, benefits administrators, and legal counsel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
- Experience managing HR functions remotely and working with international teams (Argentina/South America) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software (Gusto, is preferred).

Rate: $30-$40 an hour
