People Operations Coordinator
About the role
As the People Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to partner ensuring VTS runs smoothly and employees feel supported from day one. You’ll own key people processes like onboarding, benefits support, and payroll coordination, while serving as a first point of contact for our team. This role is a great opportunity to grow your People Operations skills and make a direct impact on the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with our amazing team and support our fast-paced business
- Partner with the People Operations team to coordinate and implement initiatives related to people processes, benefits and company-wide projects
- Lead the new hire People Operations and Benefits orientation sessions, making a great first impression for all new VTS team members
- Support ad-hoc reporting and track progress on key People initiatives
- Coordinate and document core talent processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and new hire communications
- Manage monthly benefits billing reconciliation and act as the first point of contact for benefit-related inquiries
- Oversee administrative tasks for HRIS and benefits systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the Finance team on global payroll reviews
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions on benefits and People processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and organizational skills
- Solutions driven with a love for solving problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Receptiveness to learning and an inquisitive mindset
- Ability to multitask and be flexible in your day to day work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
