Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, helping millions of developers develop fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud. About the role

We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our Total Rewards and People Operations team. In this role, you will be essential in supporting the day-to-day life cycle of Snykers by handling key aspects of onboarding and employee transitions efficiently and accurately. You will own tasks that contribute directly to a seamless employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into the world of People Operations / HR. We are open to hiring this position in our Boston or London Office.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to execute People Operations processes, policies, and programs globally with a focus on a best-in-class employee experience and data integrity.
  • Own core employee lifecycle transactions, such as offer letters, I-9/right-to-work checks, and Workday transactions - keeping every case accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
  • Support internal and external audits by pulling documentation and evidence on request, and maintain I-9/right-to-work records in line with statutory retention requirements across geographies.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, ensuring a smooth and welcoming pre-start experience.
  • Review records for data integrity in support of employee transactions.
  • Serve as the first line of contact for employees with questions regarding People Operations processes.
  • Own the People Team's inbound request queue — triage, resolve, or route every case, and meet response-time expectation.
  • Own and maintain the team's resource library, ensuring documents, policies, and templates stay current, well-organized, and easily accessible to all team members.
  • Look for opportunities to bring AI into your work. When a task could be done better or faster with AI, try that approach first.
  • Bring an AI-first lens to every process you touch, and surface automation opportunities to the People Operations Team Leads.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience working in a people centric role, or an interest in pursuing a career within People Operations.
  • Genuinely AI-first. You reach for AI by default and can show us how you've used AI to solve real problems.
  • Ability to work within a distributed team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • A curious mindset - you ask why before jumping into how, and look for the reasoning behind a process rather than just following it.
  • Ability to learn new responsibilities quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You treat employee questions as the work, not an interruption - and you follow through until the person actually has an answer.
  • Strong prioritization instincts; you're calm and organized when everything feels urgent.

Nice to have

  • Basic experience with Workday, UKG, or Ashby.
  • Knowledge of global HR operations and compliance across multiple geographies.

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000. Snyk is committed to equal pay for equal work and carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors. Actual compensation may vary based on prior experience, skills, location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours, work-from home allowances, in-office perks, and time off for learning and self development
  • Generous vacation and wellness time off, country-specific holidays, and 100% paid parental leave for all caregivers
  • Health benefits, employee assistance plans, and annual wellness allowance
  • Country-specific life insurance, disability benefits, and retirement/pension programs, plus mobile phone and education allowances
