Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations including vendor management, supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
  • Serve as primary point of contact for building management, landlord, and service providers
  • Coordinate office repairs, maintenance requests, and facility improvements
  • Manage office supply inventory and ordering systems
  • Ensure office spaces are clean, organized, and functional
  • Cook up workspace assignments
  • Design and execute programs that enhance employee well-being, engagement, and productivity
  • Plan and coordinate company events, including team building activities, celebrations, lunch & learns, and social gatherings
  • Manage office amenities (kitchen, break rooms, wellness spaces) and employee perks
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive office environment that reflects the company culture and values

  • Manage relationships with office vendors, including cleaning services, catering, office supplies, and maintenance

  • Process invoices and expense reconciliation for workplace-related costs
  • Research and recommend new vendors or services to improve workplace experience
  • Maintain office safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Coordinate building evacuations, drills, and safety training
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety regulations
  • Manage first aid supplies and incident reporting
  • Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate reports as needed
  • Aid in employee handbook updates and policy documentation
  • Coordinate background checks, I-9 verification, and employment verifications
  • Support HR metrics tracking and reporting
  • Support employee surveys and analyze feedback for actionable insights
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Help coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities
  • Serve as culture champion and employee advocate
  • Support office moves, renovations, or space planning initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Pay

Base Salary: $60,000-$65,000 (Plus 5% Bonus)
