About the role
Biller Genie is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the People function. The role reports to the Vice President of People Operations and will help ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees.
Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS, personnel files, etc.)
- Aid in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and general support
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data
- Help coordinate performance review cycles, training sessions, and internal HR programs
- Serve as the point of contact for recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, audits, and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
Requirements
- 2–4 years of HR, administrative, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and navigating HR systems and tools
- Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in and help
