About the Opportunity

The Senior People Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing employee lifecycle processes, global leave and benefits administration, and HR information system (HRIS) data quality. This position is responsible for operational ownership and process redesign to increase efficiency, reduce duplication, and implement automation, directly contributing to smoother HR operations and improved employee support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex onboarding, job changes, transfers, exits, and related employee lifecycle processes across jurisdictions.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and lead data-quality audits, reconciliations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Design and improve workflows for requests, approvals, notifications, document generation, and system integrations.
  • Oversee global leave and benefits operations.
  • Build operational dashboards and exception reporting.
  • Own compliance reporting and tracking activities.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, managers, and vendors.
  • Lead the HR operations optimization pipeline.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR operations.
  • Strong HRIS knowledge, with preference for ADP.
  • Proven ability to simplify or automate processes.
  • Working knowledge of global leave administration and benefits operations.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills; familiarity with Power BI preferred.
  • Experience with automation and integration tools such as Workato, Power Automate, ServiceNow, APIs, or similar.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset focused on employee support.
