About the role
The People Experience Partner (PXP) role at JLL is designed for an experienced HR professional with a focus on enhancing the employee experience and supporting business and HR priorities. This role involves working closely with business leadership and Talent Centers of Excellence to implement global HR strategies and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring local policies align with the global strategy.
- Proactively identify opportunities and issues, and develop innovative solutions to address these at the root cause, aiming for sustainable outcomes.
- Enhance the employee experience during critical moments such as onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and more.
- Lead or participate in just-in-time projects that impact business results.
- Manage various types of employee relations situations and performance management in collaboration with JLL’s Employee Relations team.
- Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support.
- Support assigned employee groups in transitions, expansions, and stabilizations, prioritizing the employee experience.
- Cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to foster trust and serve as a primary point of contact.
- Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle, ensuring smooth handoffs to other People Solutions and Experience stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Human Resources experience of 5+ years, including experience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, performance management).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization.
- Skilled team player with clear communication skills.
