About the role

You will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and coordination across various departments, overseeing and guiding tech consultants through their training, project assignments, and career development while driving business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with our talented technical consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment – aiming to retain our consultants within our organization.
  • Guide and coach consultants through the onboarding process, training, and project lifecycle to ensure they have the support they need to thrive.
  • Become an expert in our career growth path, providing ongoing guidance and support to consultants, ensuring consultant satisfaction and professional growth.
  • Champion a "business first" mentality, anticipating potential red flags and ensuring business goals are met.
  • Utilize your negotiation skills to effectively address consultants’ requests and concerns to serve both the growth of the business and meet the needs of the consultants.
  • Manage KPI reports for consultants, and evaluate and drive the performance of your consultants, ensuring correct project delivery and coordinating training, logistics, HR, marketing, and sales support.
  • Lead a technical team of consultants to successfully support our clients in their project delivery.
  • Support, manage, and develop our consultants throughout the entire life cycle, and partner with other functions in service of overall business performance.
  • Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget, while managing expectations of client service delivery.

  • Has exposure to the tech consulting industry or a strong desire to learn more.
  • Come from a sales or hospitality background or has experience in customer success.
  • Is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or related fields
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g., staffing firm, large consulting firm, or in-house role with workforce management & coaching responsibilities)
