Requirements

• Naturally strong communication and people skills
• Experience in leadership, consulting, client engagement, relationship management or a people-focused professional role
• Confident starting conversations and building genuine professional relationships
• Comfortable asking questions, listening and helping people consider their next step
• Self-directed and able to manage your own time and priorities
• Willing to learn and follow established systems and processes
