Responsibilities
- Aid the Chief People Officer in coordinating daily HR operations.
- Support Strategic Projects and Data Initiatives across a distributed workforce.
- Track, monitor, and report progress against the People department’s strategic goals.
- Maintain dashboards and prepare regular updates for People department leaders.
- Ensure People department leaders have clear visibility into key milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional HR teams such as Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Labor Relations, Learning & Development.
- Prepare agenda preparation, meeting logistics, follow-ups, and action item tracking for executive-level HR meetings.
- Assist with internal communications, presentations, and reports for various stakeholders.
- Champion organizational culture and engagement initiatives.
- Support management efforts related to new HR systems, processes, and organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Proactive and able to plan and organize deliverables across a complex, diverse Human Resource Operation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or HRIS, project tracking, or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-profile, high-pressure environment effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with key internal and/or external stakeholders.
