People + Culture Operations Manager
About the role
We're seeking a People + Culture Operations Manager who is passionate about the employee experience and keeps the studio humming every single day. You are organized, communicative, compassionate, and a natural problem solver — equally comfortable onboarding a new team member, pulling a daily operations report and planning a team cookout.
Responsibilities
As a People + Culture Operations Manager, you will:
- Provide support and guidance when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
- Work with the People & Culture team to coordinate on-site career events and actively source, interview, and hire qualified job applicants; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Assist with compliance, including federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Help manage the performance management process including disciplinary action and tracking of attendance challenges.
- Assist with HR systems and HR administration to keep wheels-in-motion for new hires and existing team members alike.
- Onboard new team members, sharing our brand vision, values, and operating principles.
- Coordinate and facilitate on-site employee events that bolster culture.
- Monitor and support daily production flow, including shift reporting, and work order prioritization.
- Maintain vendor contacts and service agreements; keep the back office, conference rooms, and Google Meet setups clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Greet and sign in all visitors, issue visitor badges, and guide them to their destinations within the facility.
- Handle incoming mail and package deliveries, directing items to the correct recipients.
- Monitor and manage facility systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and panic alarm; conduct hourly perimeter checks of doors and overhead doors.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in facilities management or human resources experience.
- Bonus points if you have experience working in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR/Administrative Experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, etc.).
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn our HRIS systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to ensure our teams are supported while on-site.

Pay
The base range is $75K – $85K. Final compensation depends on experience and qualifications. Framebridge, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role at the time of posting. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and location.

Full-time position with a flexible schedule to ensure our teams are supported while on-site.
