About the role
The People & Culture Manager – Fulfillment Centers is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping the employee experience and driving operational excellence across Best Choice Products' growing fulfillment network.
Responsibilities
- Lead the People & Culture strategy for BCP's fulfillment operations by partnering with Fulfillment Center General Managers and Operations leadership to drive business performance, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement across a growing multi-site network.
- Act as the primary People & Culture leader for an assigned fulfillment center while ensuring consistent HR practices across all fulfillment operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse HR team members while building HR capability within Operations leadership.
- Advise leaders on employee relations, investigations, corrective action, performance management, conflict resolution, terminations, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with Operations on workforce planning, staffing, succession planning, organizational design, and warehouse expansion initiatives.
- Champion a positive, high-performance culture by strengthening leadership capability, employee engagement, accountability, and retention.
- Lead complex employee relations matters while mitigating organizational and legal risk.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and applicable Canadian employment laws and company policies.
- Own facilities management for assigned fulfillment locations, including vendor coordination, office and employee common areas, first aid and safety inspections, building maintenance coordination, and maintaining a safe, organized, and operational workplace.
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve operational performance and retention.
- Support warehouse launches, expansions, acquisitions, and organizational transitions by developing HR processes, onboarding infrastructure, and change management plans.
- Lead or participate in company-wide People & Culture initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications & Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting multi-site warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or other operational environments.
- Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces is strongly preferred.
- Multi-site HR leadership experience required.
- Experience managing or developing HR team members.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, coaching leaders, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, multi-state, and employment law; Canadian employment law exposure preferred.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience using HRIS platforms and workforce metrics to drive business decisions.
- Ability to travel approximately 25–35%, including overnight travel.

Pay
The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$130,000 USD annually. You will also be eligible to participate in BCP’s benefits and bonus programs.
