People & Culture Generalist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee journey.
• Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation, ensure accurate HR records, and support HR systems administration.
• Support payroll processes in close collaboration with the Finance Team by ensuring data accuracy, timely input, and alignment with HR records.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters.
• Career Development: Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and contract preparation up to offer stage.
• Support the implementation and administration of the annual compensation and performance review process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of associate-level education, vocational training, and relevant professional experience.
• Initial experience in a similar HR role, ideally with exposure to payroll administration and payroll-related processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HR systems and a strong interest in digital tools and process improvement.
