- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities and social events.
- Manage employee recognition programs and awards ceremonies.
- Oversee the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
