About the role

This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s people and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organize and facilitate team-building activities and social events.
  • Manage employee recognition programs and awards ceremonies.
  • Oversee the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
