    • Support annual open enrollment events by scheduling education sessions, preparing materials, and collecting data for benefit recommendations.
    • Compile and submit federal and state reporting (e.g., EEO, AAP, ACA) and support ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Onboarding:
    • Collect and review new hire documentation for compliance and completion.
    • Coordinate and deliver monthly orientation sessions in partnership with corporate departments to onboard new employees.
    • Ensure accurate and timely benefits communication to new hires, including packet preparation and vendor coordination.
  • Employment Records & Support:
    • Respond to employment verification requests in accordance with legal/privacy standards.
    • Prepare offboarding documentation and benefits communications for separating employees.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, agreements, promotions, and compliance documentation.
    • Manage internal resources such as the job description library, employee handbook, and other HR documentation.
  • Talent Management & Development:
    • Support planning and execution of talent development initiatives, including communications, scheduling, tracking, and logistics.
    • Assist in preparing and delivering performance management programs, providing system support, sending reminders, and collecting feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a corporate environment, with at least 3 years in a human resources role.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines such as onboarding, compliance, benefits, and learning and development.
