About the role
We are seeking a People Content Architecture & AI Enablement Consultant to help drive the execution of our People Content Optimization for AI program. This hands-on role transforms strategy into actionable discovery, analysis, and delivery by organizing People content into structured, governed, and AI-ready knowledge frameworks. You will assess current content ecosystems, evaluate information architecture, taxonomies, and metadata models, and design scalable structures that improve findability, usability, and AI-powered retrieval. Partnering closely with Content Strategy, Digital Experience, Data, and Architecture teams to help establish standards.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Knowledge/expertise in Information Architecture
- Experience in HR Technology roles
- Background in Content Strategy and Knowledge Management
- Strong communication skills to scale initiatives
