We Are Hiring For Two Critical Functions. While Both Require Elite Attention To Detail And a Passion For Technology, They Offer Different Ways To Impact The Digital Landscape

Role A: Content Moderator (The Guardian)

Focus: Online Safety & Community Integrity

• Review posts, images, and videos
• Enforce policies with fairness
• Handle sensitive content with empathy
• Support crisis management regarding misinformation

Best For: Individuals with high emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and a desire to make the internet a safer space

Role B: Content Rating Specialist (The AI Architect)

Focus: Large Language Models (LLM) & AI Training

• Beta-test LLMs
• Grade AI responses for accuracy
• Interact with AI from a system perspective
• Extract/annotate data from long-form audio and text

Best For: Highly analytical thinkers, detail-oriented editors, and those fascinated by the evolution of Artificial Intelligence
