AI Content Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Produce long-form website articles
• Adapt articles for LinkedIn and Substack
• Create Facebook, X, and Bluesky posts
• Draft email newsletters
• Create SEO titles and meta descriptions
• Develop AI image generation prompts
• Follow established editorial guidelines
• Collaborate with leadership on revisions
• Help maintain a consistent organizational voice

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Experience using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Interest in civic engagement and public education
• Experience with SEO is helpful but not required

Desired Qualifications

• Time Commitment: Approximately 5–10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.

Other Requirements

• Strong writing skills, reliability, and experience using AI writing tools are preferred.
• Interest in civic education and the ability to meet agreed-upon deadlines are important.
