People Business Partner - Engineering
About the role
The Chainlink PBP team operates under a unique model focused on effectiveness and urgency. Your primary responsibilities will involve refining and guiding the development of People programs critical to our success, such as levelling, promotions, and performance management cycles. You will also drive organizational strategies like workforce planning and change management, leveraging a deep understanding of our business, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding technology company
- Experience supporting engineering/CTO orgs
- Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and its impact
- A focus on business outputs and impact over anything else
- An orientation toward data but a deep appreciation for actual on-the-ground anecdotes and experiences
- Skepticism toward HR orthodoxy in every area
- Analysis and logic over emotional appeals - but balanced by deep empathy and true care for all team members
