About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Business Partner to lead our initiatives in the Americas region. This role will focus on fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, providing strategic guidance, and driving organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different departments
- Provide strategic guidance and support to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that drive business outcomes
- Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
