People and Culture Intern

Finit is looking for a junior recruiter to support our People & Culture team on a temporary basis while one of our recruiters is out on paternity leave. This is a part-time role, working 10 to 15 hours a week, providing practical exposure to a full lifecycle recruiting process while working alongside nearly every department within Finit. About Finit Finit is a CPM and EPM consultant firm and premier OneStream implementation partner. Our People & Culture team supports the whole firm, from recruiting to employee relations to internal process infrastructure, which will provide significant exposure to full-scale business exposure. What You'll Do Support full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through the processCoordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers across departmentsKeep candidate records and our applicant tracking system accurate and up to dateHelp prepare offer letters and support new hire onboardingDocument recruiting metrics and reporting, like time-to-fill and pipeline statusProvide general support to the People & Culture team on internal projects as needed Why This Role Is a Good Fit You Recruiting sits at the center of the business, so you won't just be working with People & Culture. You'll be coordinating directly with hiring managers and leaders across consulting, delivery, and operations.
