About the Role
We are looking for established PEO (Professional Employer Organization) Sales Representatives who sell through Brokers, channel partners, and produce 300+ worksite employees per year. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales professional who understands PEO services and is passionate about helping businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve employee satisfaction through outsourcing HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients in need of PEO services through market research, networking, and lead-generation strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across various industries.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis with potential clients to understand their challenges in HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Present customized PEO solutions that address client needs, emphasizing value and ROI.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to build long-term client partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
- Work closely with internal teams, including HR specialists, compliance experts, and payroll professionals, to deliver seamless solutions.
- Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the PEO, HR outsourcing, SaaS, or B2B services industry.
- Strong understanding of PEO services, including payroll, HR management, benefits administration, risk management, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- A self-starter attitude with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
