About the role

Pennymac is a specialty financial services firm (NYSE: PFSI) with a comprehensive mortgage platform and integrated business focused on the production and servicing of U.S. mortgage loans and the management of investments related to the U.S. mortgage market. The Pennymac Corporate University (PCU) Rotational Program is a 12-month development experience designed to immerse recent college graduates in various business functions across the enterprise before transitioning into a full-time, high-impact role. Upon successful completion, analysts are placed into full-time roles aligned with their track, skills, and business needs.

Program locations include Southern California (Westlake Village, Simi Valley), Texas (Fort Worth, Carrollton), and a relocation path from California to Tampa, Florida.
