About the role

Lead & Develop Teams
Coach and support School Directors through training, performance reviews, and development.
Set goals, drive accountability, and support new school integrations.
Drive Operational Excellence
Oversee operations across 9 schools, ensuring compliance with licensing, health, safety, and company standards.
Grow Enrollment & Family Satisfaction
Drive enrollment growth, support family engagement, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Manage Business Performance
Lead regional financial performance, including revenue, occupancy, staffing efficiency, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure Educational Quality
Ensure high-quality curriculum delivery, classroom experiences, and educator development across all schools.
Recruit, Retain & Collaborate
Partner with Recruitment, HR, Enrollment, Compliance, and Facilities teams to support regional success.
Oversee Facilities
Ensure maintenance requests are completed, and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 5–7+ years of leadership experience in Early Childhood Education or multi-site operations.
  • An associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field. We will consider candidates with relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to meet all licensing, background check, health clearance, and certification requirements.
