About the role

Milliken & Company is a global manufacturing leader focused on materials science, delivering innovative products and solutions across textile, flooring, chemical, and healthcare industries. This role supports the dye house by managing dye batch records, calculating formulas, and evaluating shades to ensure quality before release to finishing.

Responsibilities

• Pull dye batch records and calculate formulas for each dye set and boil out scheduled in the dye house.
• Review shade on each dyed set and approve or disapprove sets before releasing them to finishing.
• Evaluate shade by comparing swatches to a master both visually and using a Datacolor spectrophotometer unit.
• Work safely and collaboratively with other team members in the dye service department.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department manager.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on available information.
• Strong computer skills.
• Safety-oriented mindset.

Pay

Associate will receive Level 2 pay upon completion of training and certification.
