Minimum Requirements
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Oregon PT license required to start the position
- Experience or interest in pelvic health physical therapy
- Ability to deliver 45-minute one-on-one patient sessions and manage back-to-back appointments with charting time built into the schedule
- Strong teamwork, punctuality, professional presentation, and reliable attendance
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required

- Hiring two PTs: Pelvic PT (this role) and/or Orthopedic PT
- Flexibility to work at other nearby locations if desired
