Total potential income (base + revenue sharing): $90,000–$105,000/year, including base salary plus additional revenue-sharing earnings.

Base pay: $85,000+ depending on experience.

Sign-on bonus: $10,000. Student loan repayment: $5,250 per year.

Responsibilities

• Treat a pelvic and outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time (top performers average 11–12 patients/day).
• Provide care in a rural community where access to physical therapy can make a lasting difference.
