Base pay: $85,000+ depending on experience.

This outpatient orthopedic role offers autonomy, a manageable caseload, and growth pathways for licensed physical therapists.

Responsibilities

  • Treat a pelvic and outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time (top performers average 11–12 patients/day).
  • Provide care in a rural community where access to physical therapy can make a lasting difference.
  • Develop plans of care that match your clinical style.
  • Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners.

Requirements
