Pelvic Health Physical Therapist - Outpatient, Full Time

About the role

Responsible for performing objective assessments and developing comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts.
• Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license in Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience with adult and geriatric patient care.
