About the role
Ground Floor PT is moving from a team of One to a team of Some and we're looking for a dedicated Pelvic PT to grow our team. This would be a part-time position with an expectation to transition to full-time as your caseload grows. At GFPT, we specialize in providing pelvic floor PT to every body with a pelvis—fostering a welcoming and accessible environment for our PTs as well as our patients.

Requirements
- Illinois Physical Therapy License and CPR certification
- Competent in treating the pelvic floor for all genders or willing to gain competency in treating all genders
- Must have taken at least one initial pelvic health course—open to hiring ambitious new grads!
- Confident with networking and creating interprofessional connections to drive patient referrals and take ownership of growing caseload
- Ability to handle a full caseload of 35-40 patients per week once at full-time hours
Preferred qualifications
- Previous clinical experience as an outpatient pelvic floor PT
- Completed pelvic PT clinical rotation or Pelvic PT residency
- Pelvic PT Certifications including Board certified Women's Health clinical specialist (WCS), CAPP certification, PRPC, etc.
- Passion for community public health education and potential to create and promote group classes
- Prior experience treating specialty populations including neurological or pediatric patients
