About the role
Location: Irving, TX (Full‑time). Must have Pega Constellation experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications.
- Understand and break down user stories into tasks.
- Support and guide the team.
- Execute tasks individually with hands‑on involvement.
- Update daily reports to leadership/clients.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and need.
- Create and own High‑Level Design (HLD) and Low‑Level Design (LLD).
- Govern and manage Confluence/SharePoint.
Requirements
- Pega CSSA certification (must have).
- Pega LSA certification (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Pega development experience with strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks.
Skills
- Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning.
- Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
